People First - The Primacy of People in a Digital Age:Succeeding in today’s digital world is a challenge that can’t be solved simply by consuming more and more technology, or, as some fear, replacing humans with technology. The jury is still out on the exact figures, but a Gartner study recently suggested that by 2020 as much as 85% of customer service interaction will be done without any human contact.
